How to get here
M6 & A7
- Driving north on the M6 turn off onto the A7 towards Westlinton, Longtown and Langholm and into Hawick.
- From Hawick follow the A698 towards Jedburgh and Kelso.
- Passing through Denholm, turn right onto the Bedrule road (signposted and follow for approximately two miles.
- Passing two houses on your left (one modern with big windows called Westwater; one traditional, called Sawmill Cottage) follow the road round to the left and over the stone bridge.
- Bedrule Old Manse B&B and Glamping is the driveway on the left.
A68 – Driving North
- Driving north on the A68 passing through Camptown to Jedburgh.
- Turn left in Abbey Bridge End. With Jedburgh Abbey on your left, follow the road round turning left onto Castlegate (B6358) and drive up past Jedburgh Castle and Jail.
- Continue on the B6358 passing Jedburgh Golf Club on the right, until you come to a left turn sign-posted Bedrule and Chesters.
- Drive through Bedrule village until you come to the War Memorial on your left. Turn right down the hill and Bedrule Old Manse B&B and Glamping is the driveway on your right.
A68 – Driving South
- Driving south on the A68 take the A698 towards Hawick.
- Passing the turn off for Born in Scotland on your right, the Lanton road on your left and the Knowesouth Care Centre and Dovecote Cattery just round a sharp right-hand bend turn left onto the B6358, sign-posted Jedburgh.
- Take the right turn sign-posted Bedrule and Chesters.
- Drive through Bedrule village until you come to the War Memorial on your left. Turn right down the hill and Bedrule Old Manse B&B and Glamping is the driveway on your right.
